众所周知，中国消费者购买海外奢侈品的能力是相当可观的，中国人买走了全球约50%的奢侈品，而我们具有中文优势以服务全球中国消费者。Sealand作为Starboard在亚洲的独家代理，常年招收免税店销售专员，自2006年起已累计为Starboard公司输送超过2000名优秀员工。
2018年度Starboard公司进驻校园招聘，预计招收免税店销售专员：50名，现已开始接受登记报名。现场宣讲面试时间：2018年5月17日下午3点，芙蓉楼4楼培训室，敬请期待!
岗位要求：
外貌形象良好，21周岁以上。
对世界顶级品牌有所了解，有相关销售经验。
有1-2年珠宝、化妆品、手表、手提包、服装、食品、酒水或纪念品等零售工作经验优先。
4. 英文口语流利，有较好的书写能力，会日语优先。
5. 具有良好的沟通能力和领导能力。
6. 性格开朗外向，有良好的服务意识。
7. 能熟练使用计算机，如WORD，EXCEL等。
8. 能适应长期在国外的工作环境。
福利待遇：
1. 基本工资：500美金/每月+2.5%团队销售提成(平均月收入1500-3000美金)。所去的邮轮公司以及航线均需服从STARBOARD公司安排。
2. 合同周期：每六个月一个合同，期满回国休假一个月后可继续续约工作。
3. 免费食宿（2人一间，自助餐）。
4. 合同期内提供良好的医疗服务和高额保险。
5. 购物时享受员工折扣。
6. 各种相关的晋升培训机会。
7. 需自费第一次上船机票款，之后由公司提供往返程机票。
8. 邮轮靠岸时免税店不营业，较多下船游玩的机会。

Job qualifications:
-dynamic and passionate individuals
-ability to communicate effectively in English(oral and written)
-language skills (Mandarin, Japanese, Cantonese,—preferred but not required)
-ability to work well in a multicultural environment
-ability to travel abroad for 6 months at a time
-entrepreneurial spirit and can achieve or exceed sales targets
-proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
-retail sales experience (preferred but not required)

Salary
$500 per month – Base Pay
Pay increases at the beginning of each new contract dependent upon your performance rating.
Commission rate = 1.25% of sales split evenly between the team if sales meet budget
Commission rate = 1.5% of sales split evenly between the team if sales exceed budget
Sales Associate Commission = Average $500-$700 per month, some more than $1000.
